The staff has low ability to perform, over difficult tasks, low aptitude, skill, and knowledge. There is a Registered Nurse at the clinic, her name is Marie, her performance is obviously unacceptable and everyone knows it, including herself, I do not know where she got the RN license because she did not go to school for it, she is very good in gossiping about the patients and their diseases.

If I could give this guy any lower a rating, I would. I broke my ankle over the summer. The THERAPIST recommended an AFO brace because I have drop foot, not the ortho like Alexandre's office kept insisting. They do not fax things to Medicaid on time or the fax is sent to the wrong place. Rosa Linda, who does not know how to do her job at all relayed that the Dr. did not know what an AFO was and therefor, would not write an Rx. They also NEVER call back when they say they will AND, they lied to my mom, telling her Medicaid requested I have a kidney exam and they did no such thing! STAY FAR AWAY!! These people are incompetent liars that should be shot for the physical, emotional and mental abuse they cause.

Office hardly answers calls, even if you leave an emergeny message. Answering service is on 8/10 times you call. The seem to never get faxes as well. A Dr. is only as good as his staff at times, don't recommend for anyone with any ongoing medical conditions!

This doctor almost killed my mother. He prescribe her lisinop/hctz 20mg/25mg for high blood pressure and she doesn't have high blood pressure. He told her to take it twice a day which is 8 times more than the regular dose of 10mg/12. My mother had all the side effects from this dose. Dizziness, nausea, fever, dry mouth, face swelling, no appetite. She went from a vibrant woman to an invalid in a matter of 2 days. I just don't get the fact that on Thursday he told my mom she had high blood pressure prescribe her medication and 3 days later when she went back no sign of high bloold pressure whatsoever. yet he told her to keep taking the medication. My mother does not have a history of high blood pressure. This is truly a case of malpractice this doctor outa be shot for being stupid and inconsiderate. He is lucky that my mom didn't go with me to the appointment because I would definitelly have something to say to him about his practice. His license should berevoke for and malpractice.

We love him. My husband has MS and we have been mistreated by SO many Dr's, Alexandre is a breath of fresh air.
