I LOVE Dr. Lightfoot. He was always kind and attentive and a very knowledgeable doctor. The service and punctuality ratings are not a reflection of either staff or doctor, but because Dr. Lightfoot works in a community health center. The center is understaffed and appointments are over-booked.
