The staff is terrible and very unprofessional. Refused to check if they are in-network with my insurance. Extremely uncaring and will be looking elsewhere for medical care.

I never got to see the doctor. The staff is very unproffessional and unhelpful. I faxed my insurance card to girl named Fateema (office assistant) but on the day of the appointment, i was told to call the insurance to get authorisation. Uncaring attitude of staff left bad taste and i left.
