Dr. Croot has been treating my 85 y.o. mother-in-law for lung cancer. In addition to being very intelligent and knowledgable, he is extremely patient with her, and takes time to explain and re-explain things to her and answer her questions at an appropriate level of detail. He always provides realistic expectations, but in a positive, gentle way. He may not always be right on time, but I'm sure he gives each patient the time and attention they need. The only issues we've had have been staff-related glitches at the Starkville office. Nonetheless, the practice administrator for Dr. Croot's group has been very open and honest about those glitches and taken steps to resolve them.
