Dr. Walsh was my residency supervisor in the early 2000's. She is the astute diagnostician and had the bedside manner everyone admired. She always made herself available to help me or another resident review a challenging patients. She was as professional as can be without losing the personal touch required of an educator. She made me a better physician. Having had her as my clinical supervisor in clerkship (last part of medical school) I stayed at McMaster for my residency because of her. I cannot say enough about how well and fair she treats residents, colleagues and, of course, patients. She is one of kind and I can say this without any exaggeration. She deserves all the accolades she has received. Her father was one of the founders of the program and she has continued his traditions with class. Medicine, in Ontario and beyond, would not be the same without her.

Dr. Walsh is a very good doctor, she is amazing. She is very friendly and knowledgable and ensures that when you leave you feel at ease and feel that your needs have been addressed. She is great with children and puts her patience first. It is really great when your family doctor calls you at home!
