I met Dr. Piceno while in a medical rehab center. He is the kindest doctor I have ever dealt with. As,well as he explains the plan to treat the condition and what we expect to see from the plan and where we can go if the plan doesn't work the next available option. I had edema that was interfering with my recovery from a lung infection and with his careful calculated care I lost 18 lbs of fluid. Which greatly helped clear up my pneumonia. He explains carefully and answers questions willingly. He is a great doctor and I need follow up care after discharge and there is no question I will be treating with him.

He is a wonderful, caring doctor. He has been working as a primary care & kidney doctor and tirelessly spends time with all his patients regardless of payor source. I am a nurse at St Rose and enjoy working with this doctor. All his patients love him.
