Best Doctor! He always makes me feel comfortable, is extremely knowledgable, and the wait is not long at all! Thanks doc!

I waited over an hour to see Dr. Berkowitz. I was there for the first time. He did not even examine me. He just checked my heart. The nurse drew some blood and I had a cardiogram which I requested. I am a woman in my late 50's and thought he was negligent to not even bother examining me.

I rate the staff a #1 because the receptionist and billing staff are incredibly arrogant people who are not polite, friendly or helpful. Once I paid my co-pay on the same day of my visit, the billing dept. mailed me a bill for the same visit. I called them and told them that I paid the $20 co-pay and I'd be happy to fax over the receipt (that I insisted on receiving at the time of payment) and the woman told me to just send a check and not to be difficult over $20.On the other hand, the young nurse is very nice and helpful. Punctuality is rated a 1 because each time I went to see Dr. Berkowitz (which was only twice because I was furious with how I was treated) I had to wait for almost 1 1/2 hours. Not only did I waste so much time waiting, Harry Berkowitz only spent a few minutes with me and did not draw blood or do a full examine on my yearl check-up visit. Helpfulness and knowledgeable is rated a #2 because he did send me to someone who did assist me.

Dr Berkowitz is very attentive and knowledgeable. The staff is friendly and helpful, the only problem is the wait, but they are always willing to make an exception in an emergency.

hours and hours of waiting, many referrals few decisions. why do i bother
