Unfortunately this doctor thinks he's too good to listen to your problems. If he doesn't pay attention than how can he help you? And if you try to clarify your worries he might even get scandalized. That's quite inappropriate..

AWFUL immigration service the doctor keeps on wanting more and more papers. After returning papers gives me new "policies" the new one is that doctor needs 24 hours to review, after waiting 1 hour the receptionists took copies.

Totally agree with other comments here. Very unprofessional, unhygenic, very rude and borderline unstable. If you're thinking you only need him for immigration medicals, you're WRONG. They will call you in quoting less charges but once you enter their clinic they rip you off for all the charges

Dirty clinic. Rude doctor. I saw this doctor catch a spider in his office with his bare hands in full view of other waiting patients. He did not even wash his hands before proceeding with seeing the next patient. Follows very unprofessional practices and has a rude conduct. The sanitation in the clinic is visibly sub-standard. The staff handled uncovered urine samples with bare hands and no one washed their hands. I saw better sanitary procedures in gas stations. Also, you only get to listen to this doctor. Ask him questions at risk of upsetting him. He gets anxious and upset for even basic inquiries. His attitude is ridiculous to the point of bordering on psychologically unfit to practice medicine. Someone should actually check if he still qualifies to hold a license to practice.

Dr. Alam and his staff are very unprofessional. They should be evaluated and checked periodically by the health authorities for malpractice and inadequate health and sanitation practices.
