I had several moles that I was worried about. I made appointment and was first seen by PA. He was very kind and wanted Dr. Beck to check them. Dr. Beck had a great bedside manner and I was scheduled to have moles removed the next week. All the reports came back great. I love his nurse Cindy as well as the other staff. It is great to have confidence in my dermatologist. Thanks Dr. Beck

The Doctor and PA are fantastic at this place but the staff are extremely rude, disinterested, impatient, and snide. They laugh and talk loudly amongst themselves, they act like the patients are a bother, and they get quite defensive on the phone if you ask questions. I have never in my life experienced such terrible customer service in a medical setting.

VERY, VERY RUDE FRONT DESK- MUST NOT NEED NEW PATIENTS. FORCED TO SEE PA FIRST THEN MAKE 2ND APPT TO SEE REAL DR.
