I absolutely love the office staff at this office they are caring and compassionate they comfort you when you have challenges or questions. I have never had to wait more than 24 hours for a return phone call. They care for everyone in friendliness, courtesy and efficiency. I don't know what I will do if Castro ever leaves the practice. And if either of the girls leaves I will not be returning, You can't find compassion like that just anywhere they would have to really be something. They really make you feel comfortable. As if you were a part of the family. They cry with you they joke with you they even laugh with you. Sincerity is a fine thing and people will respect you for it. That's one thing his office staff has. I just want to tell you how much I appreciate the excellent quality of patient care that I receive at your office. The willingness to go the extra mile I appreciate your devotion and the work that you do. I would not change anything I love you, take care and god bless.

Great doctor, but front office staff isn't the friendliest. Often very rude/short when speaking on phone.

I have been going to Castro since I was 16 years old and he's the best doctor in the world!! If he ever retires I wouldnt go to any doctor at all.I dont trust any other doctor. Most doctors just want to give you addicted prescription pills and those are bad for your health and Dr Castro has healthy altenatives for women going through menopose.

Dr is great. His staff is another story. very rude and unhelpful. If Dr. Castro was not such a terrific dr, I definately would not return to this office.
