PLEASE!!!bewareof this Dr. he is put me on methadone for BACKPAIN @ 18yrs. old and after awhile i realize i needed serious help, and this Dr. just stop perscribing them all of a sudden he knew i would be sick but never informed me!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DR. HE ALMOST COST ME MY LIFE,he is getting $ for it because he gives them to everyone! beware
