My employer paid this doctor to give my a physical exam. Upon meeting and examining me one time this Dr. Stolpe made a substantial and INACCURATE diagnosis (without doing any actual tests) that will affect my records. I was able to get a written statement from my own physician contradicting this doctor's report but I can not change that this is now in my records.
