Horrible service. Dr.Sondhi was a rude women. Not understanding. Depending who was on staff some were rude or sometimes nice.

Dr. Sondhi has been my doctor for over 20 years and I can honestly say - she has been great! Whatever the issue - she didn't ignore my symptoms. She made sure to send me for tests, X-rays, ultra sounds - together we made sure whatever the issue, we delt with it. Her staff has always been helpful and kind. I will miss her as she retires and I am sorry my baby only had her as her doctor for 7months. Best wishes!

I needed to see the doctor and I couldn't get an appointment so I was forced to go to another family Doctor the best thing in the practice was Dawn the Medical Secretary she was always a sweetheart xoxoxo Bill

I had the misfortune of meeting this woman outside her practice. She is rude and definitely slipping. I would NEVER consider her as a suitable choice to be my health care provider. I only knew to find her here because she used being a doctor as the reason I should treat her with respect. I don't think so lady.

Not recommended. Hard to get appts, cancelled my .saturday appt at the last minute and I needed a script because she decided to take the day off. Poor patient rapport. Always stressed to see her and just get it over with to see her for my script. Not up,to modern times for acceptance of value of osteopath referrals for my drug plan nor does she want to give out scripts for massage, chiro etc. She needs to retire!

The worst doctor I have ever had the displeasure of being around. She doesn't care about her patients, and couldn't give a $#!+ about her patients. Always late, terrible schedule, impossible to work your own work schedule around hers, because shes only available for a few days a week, which is beyond ridiculous.
Same goes with the staff, rude and don't care about the customer/patient. They should all be fired and replaced, cause its unacceptable to be as rude as they are when it comes to a family doctor, or any working person in general.

Terrible doctor, and terrible walk in clinic (404 Health Centre). Avoid like the plague.

Doctor Sondhi has been our GP for the past 20 years. This is a doctor who is resourceful and has efficient connections to specialists. Most importanly, she has a caring and loving heart for her patients. She save lives!
