Dr Hazel is a very caring and empathetic physician. She took care of my mother and is still her doctor. I am very grateful for her care and her understanding towards my mom. She was particularly kind and she made a real impact on her life. A great physician to recommend!

Dr. Hazel is the best doctor I've ever had. She is patient and very kind, and actually takes the time to explain my issues and help me understand them. If there was a 6-star rating, I would give it to her.

Dr. Hazel showed no empathy, no care for me and essentially told me to go back when I get worse (I already had difficulty walking). She did not listen or take any of my complaints seriously and was overall the worse health care specialist I've seen in my life, and unfortunately I've seen enough.
