Very knowledgeable. He did my transplant surgery and I felt like I was in great hands. My incision looks wonderful and I'm super grateful for him. Definitely recommend

Dr. Baliga was one of my husband's transplant drs. He helped in his liver surgery. The drs. do not pick who goes on the transplant list. There is criteria that has to be met and then a committe makes the decision. He did numerous abdominal surgeries(14 in 8 years) on my husband. He was sleays very concerned and helpful.

Dr. Baliga was one of the transplant drs. that refused to put my husband on a transplant list till it was too late for him. When they finally did put him on the list and he came thru the transplant they let him throw up in a breathing machine and he died. I got many bills from Dr. Baliga but I have yet to meet the man. And as for as I know the only time he seen my husband was when he was unconscious.
