I have been going to Dr. Adams for a number of years for skin checks. He is thorough and works quickly. His staff are pleasant and helpful.

If I could provide negative stars I would. My appointment with Dr Adams spanned approximately 2 minutes. Keep in mind you wait months for these appointments. My condition was pre diagnosed and I had come to Dr Adams to explore treatment options. His recommendations included a product I have already been using for five years and a product that you cannot even purchase in Canada. You would expect that a practitioner would recommend products that are accurate and available. On top of this when I mentioned that I had already been using the first product I was disregarded and he left the room. This Dr is an embarrassment to medicine and should not be allowed to practice.

Reception Staff have no idea what they are doing, for multiple visits they failed to check me in for my appointment, have to had to wait 45 minutes for an appointment because of their ineptitude.

Dr. Adams has an incredible gift for diagnosis!! He and his Nurses are extremely professional and attentive to detail. He and all of his staff are very kind and genuinely care deeply about their clients. Dr. Adams recommended another Doctor for me on an unrelated issue, and did not fail to disappoint!!
I would NEVER go anywhere else.

Initial visit to discuss several skin issues. Had moisturizer prescribed for what was described as a rash. Blood work requested. 3 weeks after initial appointment called to find out about follow up which I expected to discuss in detail other skin issues I initially described and showed. Later the same day I get a call stating no follow up needed, blood work came back ok. Why did it take me to call for a status after 3 weeks and then to be told no follow up.
Very disappointed. Overall a negative experience in all aspects. Not recommended based on my experience.

I have been a patient of Doctor Adams for over 15 years. After struggling with Psoriasis for the better part of 10 years before I was referred to Doctor Adams. I cannot say enough about the help I received. Some comments about him not listen is not true. Sure he hasn't got an hour to sit and listen, but if you tell him what is wrong he will help. I had many auto immune issues and my GP at the time had brushed it off as nothing. It wasn't until I seen Doctor Adams that my issues were resolved. Including blood work, referrals to other specialists for arthritis tests, rheumatoid arthritis, eye special, emsella treatments at his office for bladder issues, to name just a few. As well I was prescribed medications to help. I would say if you going to see him, make sure to have a list with things to discuss so you make sure all your issues are addressed.
I have always know Doctor Adams staff to be kind, friendly and helpful. Its a busy office but they do their best to help.

Thank you Doctor Adams or all your help over the past 15 years. I am so grateful to have you as my doctor.

Dr Adams was.able to see me as a consult very quickly. He was very informative about plan of treatment and answered my questions in a very understandable fashion

I have been struggling with my eczema for years and was referred to Dr Adam’s by one of his old colleagues so that he could help. He spent less than 5 mins in the office where he did not listen to my concerns, examine my skin and quiet frankly gave a subpar service.
The nurses also forgot to submit have of the medications that he prescribed (with no explanation) to my pharmacy which I had to wait 3 days get a call back about.

Honestly, you can feel like this clinic is trying to get into more of the cosmetic side of dermatology rather than helping with actually medical concerns. Extremely disappointing.

Have been seeing Dr.Adams for a number of years. At my last 6 month skin surveillance, he had about 5 students enter the small examining room without asking my permission. I was only in undergarments with a paper sheet that got tangled up, with no assistance from his assistant, when asked to turn over. The exam was less than 2 minutes, while he quickly told his nurse where to use liquid nitrogen. The skin exam was not thorough, it was rude not draping me properly, and inexcusable not asking my permission to have students present. He was in and out of the room in less than 5 minutes, and his assistant remains to do any necessary treatment. I did not have time to even show him areas of concern. I will not return. I agree with other ratings where people have commented that he has changed, and his interest seems on the cosmetic side of his business.

I have been going to Dr. Adams for years! Would never think of going to anyone else. I totally value his opinion.
