I have seen Dr. Hoffman 3 time on Telus Health. She has been amazing every time! I have felt more listened to and cared for in those 3 appointments than I have in the last 4 years. She is thorough and kind and understanding.

I had an appointment with Dr. Hoffman over Telus Health and it was wonderful. One of the most kind, patient and thorough doctors I've ever seen. She took the time to really listen and understand my problem, and showed a lot of compassion and empathy to what I was going through. I would highly recommend her and will be trying to book all future appointments with her.

This is the first doctor on Telus Health that treated me with respect. She is an absolute GEM, and I truly wish every doctor was like her. She listened to me, was very kind, and caring! I’ve never had an experience like that before.. truly amazing.

I learned after seeing daile, that doctors look at computers, not at patients. haven't been to another doctor since. She was horrendous

I almost cried at the end of our call because of how fantastic my experience was. She listened, was so attentive, asked thoughtful questions, didn’t rush to diagnose but explored all options for a comprehensive diagnosis. Honestly the best GP experience in my life.

Dr. Kass and I had a good discussion on the phone and I could tell he prepared for the appointment. He asked good questions and then listened carefully to my answers and comments. I thought his diagnosis and prescribed follow up actions were reasonable. I was happy with the appointment. Note that this is my 3rd appointment with Dr. Kass in 2 years and I think he’s getting better at listening and clarifying to ensure understanding. Good for him.
