Don't bother! Dr. Malloy's office is run like a circus. Debbie M, if she is still there as office supervisor, is not a person who should be in that position in my opinion. I had problems with my six month appts where I was required to see a registered nurse instead of Dr. Malloy and she cancelled both appointments I had with her and rescheduled due to her migraine headaches she has often. I had to wait over two months to see her the first time and the second time I had to wait another week or so. Very little to no notice was given to me for Ms. Donnell's absences. To top it off when I requested a refill for my maintenance medication this office sent a message to my pharmacy that I have been reduced to a 30 day supply versus my normal 90 day supply for Cy*b*lta because I was late for seeing the doctor. This is not true. I have NEVER missed an appt and when I mentioned these procedural errors to the 'Office Supervisor' and asked for an explanation for the reduction of my medication, she blamed it on the pharmacy and dropped me as a patient officially and slandered me within the Warren Clinic organization. I followed up immediately with the pharmacy and they have the proof that this order for my medication reduction came from Dr. Malloy's office. Too bad really because I liked Dr. Malloy very much. Impossible to work with him or his office under the direction of Debbie M, office supervisor.

The Dr. was not very helpful it was his way or the highway. He should listen to his patients concerns.

This guy just dropped my sister as a patient and is refusing care for her after she called his office for help for the withdrawals from the meds he has been prescribing her for years. He told her to seek care elsewhere and goodbye.

Office manager on a power trip. He's unskilled and uncaring. Refused to do routine bloodwork for RA patient or take x-rays, informed he could just look at someone and touch them to know what's wrong. Amazingly, his "touching" exam seems to focus around a woman's breasts. He also interviews people about their religion and lectures on that.

I have been a patient for almost six years. Dr. Malloy is hands down the best doctor I have ever seen for treatment. He is a compassionate person. He really truly takes the time for a detailed visit each and every visit. Take that into consideration if there is a long waiting period on one of your appointments, he is treating someone who wants and needs that same consideration during their appointment. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him especially if your trust with "doctors" has been destroyed. He will restore the thought that some doctors do believe the oath " first do no harm". I am very satisfied with St. Francis program Mychart as well. For anyone with mobility issues it makes everything so much easier to deal with!

the staff needs some education, dont always follow up timely or dont hear from them have to call twice before i get answers, medical assistants need a little more personality. HOWEVER, that is minimal thing because dr malloy is the kindest most gentle dr. he listens to the patient. very smart, friendly, helpful, VERY informative, really takes time to listen to patient and what their specific needs are. he NEVER seems like he is focused on anything other than you the patient he is with. all physicians should take note from him. he is one of a kind. he is the best in my book! he always has concern for me and tries to help. every appt i have had i felt like he tried to take care of it.

Dr. Malloy and his staff are very kind and really listen. Dr. Malloy spent a lot of time with me, asking for history, and specifics. I felt like he really cared. He gave me lots of information about RA and Fibromyalgia. I feel like I'm in good hands with a doctor that cares about patients, not just a paycheck.
