Staff is not properly trained. Scheduling and follow up was zero to none. Dr. Insinga's follow up before surgery and even worse after surgery, was none. When I reached out for help he suggested I go to the ER. ER doctor's were not able to get a call back from him (left two messages) even though he knew I was going to the ER, then he sent his PA. I haven't received a call from his office to see how I'm doing at all. This is my fifth day after surgery. I will never recommend this doctor even to my worst enemy.

Very easy to talk too. Explained thing in a simple language that I could understand.
