He's awesome, came highly recommended by another doctor and it turned out he is as good as I was told.

I find Dr. Mozaffarian very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I rarely wait longer than 10 minutes in the waiting room, and I might wait an additional 10 minutes in the patient room, but it doesn't happen all the time either. He treats my thyroid condition and has done so for over 3 years. I'm very happy with him, and I haven't found, in 15 years of having this disease, a better endocrinologist than him.

I find him unprofessional. He is always late and keeps me waiting forever. I told him I have no insurance and his tone changes and just cut my appointment short by the way I paid cash and then I got another bill fem them. I called and they don't even have a biller!!!!

WHERE SHOULD I START. DO I START OF A VERY LONG WAIT TIME....HOW ABOUT 1 1/2 TO 2 HOURS. THEY DONT PAY FOR PARKING SO BE SURE TO BRING EXTRA MONEY FOR PARKING. THE SCALE THEY USE DOES NOT WORK, EVERY TIME I CALL I GET THE VOICE MAIL. I MEAN DONT THEY HAVE A RECEPTIONIST? SO WHEN I WAS FINALLY PUT IN THE ROOM I THEN WAITED FOR HIM FOR ANOTHER 40 MINS...IT WAS TAKING FOREVER I EVEN SEE OTHER PATIENTS FALLING ASLEEP. SO IF YOU PLAN TO CAMP IN HIS OFFICE GO AHEAD AND SCHEDULE WITH BASICALLY THIS GUY SUCKS ASS

Dr. Mozaffarian is one of the best doctors that I have seen in my 63 years of receiving medical care. He is always open to new theories and information, and aware of the role that diet and vitamins play in treating physical problems. He always has an eye to seeing if fewer medications might not deliver quality care, but is very receptive to information from the patient if they think that they need more meds. He also knows his stuff. Everything that I mention from looking on the internet he has always heard of and is knowledgeable about. His experience is pretty impressive. He is meticulous in information gathering. He is also extrememly kind and cordial, and is willing to take time with his patient. Sometimes this puts him behind schedule. So you should only go to him if you are schedule-driven rather than expertise-driven. I would gladly wait an extra half hour to see someone with complete expertise than be on time with someone who is a complete expert and teaches at the UW.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Moz for years. He is a great doctor but often times misinterpreted. He cares about the conditions of his patients but the poor guy is getting old and seeing 24+ plus patients Mon-Friday and hospital patients on a Thursday. Of course he gets exhausted too. He's only human and tends to get sick like everyone else. People should have consideration and understand if there's some inconveniences, after all he is better than any other doctor. If you didn't visit him for quite some time, you'll be surprised of a complete make over in his clinic...patient friendly and great staff. I will recommend Dr. Mozaffarian as one of the best Endocrinologist and Primary Care Physician.

Sure he's a little strange but he knows his stuff and he gets the job done. He is very thorough and checks everything out. I am currently seeing him for Hashimoto's thyroid disease and I love the care I am getting. He keeps a close eye on symptoms and overall feeling of health. I reccommend him to anyone seeking a great endocrinologist! There are far too many lousy ones out there.

I was referred to Dr. Mozaffarian because my thyroid disease is complicated and very uncommon. Although he is often behind schedule, he is always patient and kind and takes his time with me in the exam room. He is open and up to date on new clinical advances and willing to read any new information I find. When he is adding or changing my treatment plan, he explains why and discusses what I should watch for.

At first Dr. Moz (what he calls himself) was quite helpful, professional, and courteous, ran lots of tests, adjusted my thyroid meds and put me on Armour Thyroid. He recommended supplements like iron, omega 3 and vitamin D. I started to feel better, but he became frustrated because my T3 is still low and now just wants to test and treat by TSH. He says it's not my low thyroid and has sent me to various 'specialists'. And he acts like I am big bother and inconvenience to him. He’s not friendly and looking to solve my health issues either. I feel like I am paying him to be rude to me. I am looking for a new doc. I don't know what else to do because he isn't helping me. That’s why I gave him a low score.
