Made a bizarre comment about my racial background, definitely talked down to me. Don't go see this guy if you're BIPOC

Over the past few years I've had several procedures performed by Dr. Ruff, including epidural steroid injections and radio frequency neuro ablation. He is always friendly, respectful and informative and has a great "bedside manner". He doesn't talk down to his patients the way some doctors do. Dr. Ruff has an upbeat personality and is a man who clearly enjoys his work. I'm very glad to have found a practitioner I like and can trust.
