Windsor is great-he takes interns under his care and trains them in the "art" of Pain. I see Dr. Ganzel and I love him with his understanding,knowledge and his total dedication to getting me better. Windsor could use some help with the management of his front office staff, they suck. The doc never gets their messages (even in urgent situations) and forget about getting a form filled out! God forbid your doctor goes out of town...nothing gets done till he returns. The surgical staff is great-they are very comforting & professional (and funny!) Which for me always helps when I am nervous. I have been a patient for about 6 months and OMG I am so much better. You may have to wait as emergencies do arise and they tend to them...so bring a book! Overall-I am glad I found them!
