This dr's been seeing my brother for manic depression, OCD & anxiety. Can't say treating, bcuz everytime my brother leaves his office, he seems more depressed & anxious than ever. When I confront him, it's always the same answers; the dr. is rude, said he shld be able to handle his anxiety with breathing excercises, told him that he is fat, lazy & much more, when infact these are the side effects of the meds. Instead of being helpful, encouraging & supportive, he seems to be very uncaring & useless. My brother has been in & out of hospitals most of his life, he did not choose this life, who would, but this dr. makes it seem like this illness is his fault. Instead of helping him, he wants to rid himself of him, suggesting that he just get his meds from a GP. Last I checked, it is a psychiatrist's job to help mental patients not a GP's. So if this dr. can't be bothered to help someone in this kind of situation, then why is he in this field. I would never recommend this dr. to anyone.
