I have been a patient of Dr. Lanter's for over 11 years now, and without a doubt, there is no better doctor in his field of medicine. He conducts thorough examinations, can always identify and solve the problems patients are having. He is an incredible physician.

My wife and I showed up for our first appointment (evening) and were told the doctor had already left for the day because WE called and cancelled (we didn't). Woman at desk blamed "the new girl" for the "mix-up". We were seen at the second appointment and were underwhelmed by his exam but agreed to come again to see him and start physical therapy. When we showed up for our next appointment (also evening) and were told by the receptionist that the doctor left due to an emergency with his daughter. We assumed that she was ill but were told that she was driving upstate and was merely lost and he was going upstate to find her. Lame excuses for blowing off 2 appointments. If he doesn't want to work evenings, he should not make evening appointments, not leave his inexperienced staff to cover for him with fairy tales. We'll never get the time we wasted on these appointments back.

Only physician I know that considers marijuana a valuable tool in treatment... not for the patient of course... but for himself... do not go to see him at night... unless you bring some twinkies... because he will be STONED!
