Dr Broyles is a very caring and knowledgable physician. She does take the time to answer all questions and unfortunately it can cause appts to run behind. I have found the office staf to be cold and not so friendly. Prior to her office moving to Brinton Lake, her staff at the old office was friendly, so that is not her fault. She went into another practice that had their own office staff. Holly is a wonderful nurse, always there to answer questions or take care of things when Dr. Broyles is not there. Sorry to see Dr. Broyles leave to go into homeopathic medicine. Our family will miss her!!!

My whole family is very happy with this practice and Dr. Broyles. She seems very present when she is in the room with us, and takes the time to answer all my questions. I'd highly recommend her to other families.

I stopped seeing Dr.Broyles b/c I always felt like i was bothering her & she didn't take my illnesses seriously. I was kept waiting for her for at least 20 minutes in outer office & 30 minutes in an exam room. She never returned my phone calls and without Holly I never would have gotten my meds refilled. Dr. Broyles would look & act perplexed as to how to treat me, no matter what was wrong. I got better service/treatment from Dr. Wisser! If you don't mind being treated this way then this is the doctor for you. I now have a doctor who listens and who I don't have to wait an hour to see (for a 10-15 minute visit).

I have been going to Dr.Broyles for a few years and it is ALWAYS hard to get an appointment with her because she is only available three days of the week and when I try to schedule ahead of time the staff typically says I have to wait and call the day I want the appointment to get in. Also, I needed to either be seen and have a script that I had been on for years, filled and tried for 6 days to get it filled. I left three messages including one with the answering service, but Dr Broyles NEVER returned my phone call and I found out she left for vacation that day..ridiculous!! Your doctor should be available in time of need or at least care enough to call back!Felt like she didnt listen to me seriously and like I had to suggest what may be needed as far as tests etc. Being a nurse, I deal with doctors alot and this experience has been ridiculous!I wont continue to see her, that is for sure!

Dr. Broyles is by far the best Doctor I have had. I have rated punctuality a 3 because I have had to wait more than 30 minutes once but I understand that some patients take a few minutes longer than others and and by the time the day is over those few minutes each add up, this no way a negative reflector on the Doctor but shows her willingness to spend that extra minute or two with a patient in order to provide the best care possible. Dr. Broyles and the other Dr.'s in the pratice also have axtended hours and I have been seen as late a 9pm once! Dr. Broyles and the other doctors take turns on who is the extended hours doctor on duty so you might get Dr.Broyles or one of the other doctors from the pratice. Dr. Broyles always asks me how my family is doing when ever I come in and asks how the kids are doing in school and sports, She is also my wifes general heatlh physician. It reminds me of my old country Doctor I grew up with in the midwest, something that I missed more than I realized

Very caring doctor. Really listens and cares about the whole patient as a person. She takes her time with you and you never feel rushed. She is extremely knowledgeable, and is very thorough. She is the best doctor I have ever had, and I have had many. he nurse is wonderful as well. One time I went to one of her associates in the same office, and I wasn't as impressed with her (Dr. Motel), although she seemed fine. Dr. Broyles nurse is excellent as well, and very friendly and helpful. Office staff - some are excellent, some are just OK.

I liked her. She took my concerns seriously and I was able to proceed and get a diagnosis. I did not like the specialists she referred meto though.

I tried out three doctors in this practice and was dissappointed with all three. My Broyles saw my children for a routine physical. We were kept waiting with toys that were dirty. The staff did not help me with my information, they insisted I had a co-pay when I didn't and refused to make an appointment for me when I only needed blood work. They have an inhouse lab that is you have to wait for an appointment plus you need a prescription. You are better off going to a lab that is not in their office b/c you won't have to wait three weeks...The time we saw Dr. Broyles she was not friendly and I felt like I was using her time. I left that practice immediatly after that appointment.
