I've been going to Dr.T for eight years now. He's an experienced and knowledgeable. He's approachable compassionate and caring.What brought me to him was a very traumatic experience. I had lost everything my hope my dreams my job. He treated me with dignity and understanding. I would have never made it with out his understanding of Medicine and his encouragement. He will always make time even if he has to stay a bit late. He's a dedicated doctor. I was lucky to had found him.

Ethical concerns: While treating spouse with ADHD also began treating the two children; put the adult, an alcoholic with heart condition on stimulants; never acknowledged concerned email about one child having catatonic seizures; agreed to treat other child though not a pediatric psychiatrist; wrote wrong dosage on that child's school form, putting child's participation in school trip in jeopardy, then office ignored two calls from school nurse to correct the wrong dosage on the paperwork. Ultimately both staff and Dr. refused to acknowledge dosage error, let alone make this right. Worst treatment I ever re eived from a doctor and his staff in my life.

Dr. Termine has been my psychiatrist since 2008 and I'm EXTREMELY happy with him. He is a very caring doctor who is extremely knowledgeable. He's very empathetic, however he is stricat when he has to be. I was recently in the hospital and although it was the busiest holiday week of the year, he kept calling back and forth with my siblings because I was in ICU and almost died. He is extremely caring and has a big heart. Thanks to Dr. Termine I have made a great deal of progress. He is a very professional MD who's beyond excellent in his field, and is extremely kind. I am very grateful to have him as my psychiatrist. I've dealt with at least 30-40 different psychiatrists and can truly say he is the best I've had. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Poor customer service. Filled out paperwork to get an initial appointment... two weeks later no return call till I wrote negative note to office. Work on your customer service doctor!

I thought Dr. Termine was the one for me. Our initial meeting was great. He was very friendly and seemed intelligent. After that it was all downhill. Apparently I had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday at 12 PM. I thought it was for Friday and did not get an appointment card nor a courtesy reminder call which is stated in their conduct code. I was billed $250 dollars without even getting a chance to speak to the doctor. His cold receptionist lied that she gave me a courtesy call when she did not. She said it didn't matter if she did because it was my responsibility to remember. Sure, but I don't remember scheduling it for Wednesday. It was my first time making a mistake and they should have been more flexible. Also, although I agreed to it when I signed his conduct code, $250 bucks is an ABSURD amount of money to pay if you are forced to cancel or forget. My co-pay was 50!

Dr. T is a down to earth person who cares very much about his patients. He is insightful and honest without being overbearing.
