Dr. Neale is thoroughly professional and knowledgeable. I've had several procedures (implant, crowns) as well as a night guard and am amazed at the positive experience. Both Dr. Neale and his staff go out of their way to ensure I understand what is happening, what needs to be done, and what the alternatives are. I used to be uncomfortable with dentists, but not with Dr. Neale.

Dr. Neale clearly explained everything that needed to be done as well as timelines (preauthorization as requested). He and his staff were amazing. They did everything they could to make the experience as painless as possible. It was a long process due to the complexity of my issues but I can honestly say that my teeth have never looked or felt better. I also need to mention that over the years I have had a number of night guards made but have never been able to use any of them (due to discomfort). Dr. Neale made one for me and I am actually able to use it. It is so comfortable that I forget I have it on. I highly recommend Dr. Neale (extremely knowledgeable and very skilled).

I had high hopes for this place. I was referred to this place by my regular dentist and what a mistake. You have to be rich even to walk in the front door for consultation. I have a complicated dental case and he had no set 'plan' to submit for preauth (which costs nothing) without a ton more expensive 'preparation'. Most places will take care of that for you so you can decide how to proceed going forward. I was upfront about my concerns about cost from the first appointment. He made me feel like he was doing me a big favor and he spoke to me as if I knew nothing about the subject although I did a ton of research and have seen about 10 dentists for the issues over the years. I was verbally quoted ridiculous amount for implants or a similar 'solution' with no clear plan on paper. I very much felt pressured to move forward without a preauth. This guy was dismissive about 'having a budget' and frankly so arrogant to the point that I will never proceed with work through him. I can’t believe how he speaks to his lovely staff members. Also this place is sooo not convenient. Only open from 8am-4pm Monday to Thursday, and does not accept insurance up front. And what they do charge is WAY over the fee schedules. I'm staying far away.
Fortunately I was able to find someone that actually listens and truly informs his patients and staff. I've chosen to continue with someone much more helpful, better trained, respectful and considerate. Even if it's an hour out of town!! Completely transparent. I strongly suggest if you require major work, ie bone grafts, implants, etc. go see Dr Leigh's team in Westlock. Way better advice, way better price. Prompt preauths. Best value and best experience in the area, hands down.

I was referred to Dr Neale by my dentist. I had lived will I’ll fitting dentures for many years and had several issues with decreasing bone density etc. From the initial appointment Dr Neale was able to explain what option could be offered in order to bring my smile back. Previous consultation at another office resulted in an estimate which was extremely expensive for less than what Dr Neale was offering. Price point wise, Dr Neale does not overcharge. The staff who work there are fantastic, not only assisting with treatment, but also to schedule appointments around your work schedule. I am very pleased with the results of my treatment, Dr Neale provided me with exactly what I wanted, and also with what I needed. Dr Neale has a professional manner whilst also being able to keep you informed and comfortable. All round a very professional service.

Several years ago I got dental implants with an implant dental hybrid and had constant problems with cleaning and infections and went through surgery to deal with my gum issues but still had constant challenges because the hybrid was not made with enough area to facilitate cleaning. When I consulted Dr. Neale he gave me options with no pressure. His fees were consistent with the first prosthodontist but this time I came away totally satisfied with the work he did . He is a perfectionist and took the time to make sure the fit of the implant dental hybrid prosthesis and denture were just right.
He took the time to explain all the procedure and the staff were a totally amazing support answering every question I had. I am totally grateful to have found Dr. Neale and regret that I had to go through the pain and expense prior to seeing him. I have recommended him to others and they are so happy with the service they have received and rave about the wonderful office atmosphere.

Any office that is open from 8am-4pm Monday to Thursday, and does not accept insurance up front will not get my business. You have to be rich even to walk in the front door for consultation.
You must pay up front. Yes they will do the paperwork for you to submit for insurance claim, but you better have a hefty bank account to cover costs. If it constitutes a major reconstruction as I do, eg, bone loss and reconstruction, My recommendation : go see your GP and get their advice, and recommendation, for someone who will take insurance up front.

Dr. Neale went above and beyond my greatest expectations! He is meticulous at everything he does. My case was somewhat complicated and he was very confident throughout the entire procedures. I would highly recommend Dr. Neale, as he has given me back my smile and confidence and I was certain that was unable to ever be done. Dr. Neale and his staff treats his patients as if they are the most special people walking in the clinic. A great office to go to! Barb K.

Dr. Neale did a basic filling for me - $850.00 and my dentist had to make adjustments because it was sitting to high. My insurance company would only cover $250.00 which is an indication of how over priced this doctor is. I don't usually pay any difference between dentist billings and insurance coverage. I asked him for an estimate on the remainder of the work to be done but he had no time to prepare such a statement.
