Dr. Tolkin is the best!! He has a holistic and realistic approach to any issues you have and helped me raise my babies with confidence. 1 of my 3 kids has a special condition and he never fails to ask how he is doing, regardless when we see him. It’s too bad he is close to retiring (hopefully not) because I would recommend him to anyone. We need more doctors like Dr. Tolkin.

Does this place ever answer the phone, I know they aren't that busy, as i'm waiting in the office, i just see them all talking. The receptionist Anna is very rude and unprofessional. When asked about wait time, she gave me an angry look and response.
With that attitude, she should be fired.

Dr. Tolkin is so patients when it comes you listening to your concerns, he takes the time to help and isnt in a rush
You can see his front staff are always busy running back and forth and trying to return phone calls.

The one secretary Deanna, is always so kind when you come in and always greets you, and she always is so kind when she comes in to do the height and weights- takes the time to let you know your next appointment and will answer any questions she can.
She been there about 4 years now and when we come in every year we are happy to see her. Hope she never leaves!

A knowledgeable doctor and takes the time to ensure any concerns or questions we might have were answered. We continue to have our child visit yearly even though we moved further away. A good doctor is hard to find.

Dr. Tolkin sees both my kids (3 and 1 years old). He is super caring and gentle with kids. He answers all your questions and would never rush you out the door. Staff don’t always pick up the phone but if you leave a message, you will get a return call by the next day. Some of the staff are a little short with patience but you can tell it’s a stressful office with the amount of patients going in and out.
