Dr. MacKinlay has a presence when he enters a room. He makes you want to take your health seriously. He's skilled and knowledgeable and I have every confidence in him. I appreciate how straight forward he is with me and when I have questions he takes the time to listen and answer. I highly recommend him!

Excellent Doctor, office staff are awesome very helpful.
Dr, McKinley repaired my shoulder 10 years ago , It is perfect , just had my other one done, excellent.

I have had multiple surgeries on my knees, and both shoulders, by Dr. MacKinlay. He is going to perform replacement knee surgery on the 25th of Jan. I have nothing but the best of confidence in his office staff, and him as my surgeon. I would recommend anyone to allow him to do work on you.

Really liked Dr. MacKinlay's direct approach. My first injection was done with gentleness and he walked me through the process. Highly recommend him!

Omg I called the other day to ask a simple question and follow up on a referral sent to Dr Mackinlay in which I am already a patient of his. I was read the riot act. There is a lot of people in pain little did (karen ) know I already go to windsor pain clinic every two weeks for other issues. If Sandi was having a bad day there was no excuse for this unprofessional bully talk. I was then told It was first come first serve and you are not cutting the line. I was ONLY asking if she received referral yet as there has been problems in the past at the other end. NO ONE should be talked to with such disrespect.I know she has worked with Dr Mackinlay for years but may be time to retire and I am sure since I know Dr mackinlay on a social level and know how he conducts himself with such integrity and respect he would like to know how his office manager is treating his patients. Then sandi told me Not to call back there again I was really set back and was speechless in how she attacked me. If I give sandi the benefit of doubt she was having a bad day there is still no excuse for her unprofessional disrespectful actions.

Dr. MacKinlay repaired a separated shoulder and did a knee replacement for me. He did a fantastic job of both. I can not say enough about him and his skills.

Dr. MacKinlay is the best, his knowledge and professionalism is second to none. He did a total knee replacement of my left knee in July 2019 and now a year later I am completely pain free and have had 0 surprises, and 0 complications. He really cares about my health. I would recommend Dr. MacKinlay before all others.

Just had rotator cuff surgery done. Everything went very smoothly. It’s early but the shoulder feels better already. Dr Mackinley is the best and makes me feel like he cares about my surgery and my treatment. His office manager Sandy is also very helpful to me and she knows exactly what she is doing and what I have to do at any time. Would not hesitate to have more surgeries with Dr Mackinley and his office manager Sandy!!
