Great doctor with tons of knowledge. Only issue would be long wait times.

Often flippant of patient concerns, prescribes some pills and rushes you out. Can take a week to a month to arrange an appointment. Reception is always a gamble. I have been with him for many years but the quality of care has gotten very poor in recent ones. Will unfortunately be switching doctors.

he is pretty self-confident, but actually doesn't possess much medical knowledge. he can be trust only if you have a disease like a cold.

Aida and Lucy are the best receptionists! So organized. They are EXCELLENT. Dr. Chan is very caring & adorable.

His wife “Holly” is terrible! Gossip person! She doesn’t know everything, likes to talk about another doctor and patients medical history in front of patients. I don’t understand why dr Paul chan let her wife stay in the office?

Waited about 45 minutes only to speak to Dr. Chan for no more than 10 minutes. I asked if he could refer me to a psychologist or psychiatrist regarding depression and anxiety. He responded, "I don't know any. All the ones I know are retired". What kind of family physician says that? He didn't provide any referrals but only provided prescriptions after I told him my previous physician had prescribed me antidepressants.

Have been with this doctor for 15 years, although I am younger patient, have not had much problems with my health. But Dr. Chan always is willing to listen to your problem and give good advice to the best of his knowledge, very professional.
