this is a review of both the MECA and dr. Gettlefinger. Meca has gotten worse in terms of their patient services. the wait is longer
Dr. Gettle finger usedto be very good at explaining things for me , however the last few times he has been in a hurry and very brief. i left with a lot of questions unanswered. after waiting hours to see him he only spent 5 minutes in the room after examination quickly dictated a few things to the his assistance that i didn't understand and left without explaining to me what is going on. i would never go MECA again, the wait is long and new staff are rude unfriendly and very inefficient.
