Both Dr. Pae and Dr. Philips are corrupt in every way. Dr. Pae prescribed a drug to me years ago that caused a very bad reaction, to where my mother talked me into signing myself into the hospital under Dr. Pae’s care in order for him to remove the drug safely. I was in there for three weeks, with both Dr. Pae and Dr. Philips removing and adding all of these new drugs and causing my problems to worsen big time. I was originally told I had bipolar and ocd. When I was under their care I was losing my mind and suffering from a lot of damage. Which they pointed at me for, not the drugs. It was a very traumatic experience. My parents would check in on me and a councilor by the name of Jennifer Hejnicki would tell my parents one story, then record another. She’s turned out to be another wolf in sheep’s clothing. I could go down the long list of things of both Dr. Pae and Dr. Philips did that was just flat out criminal. But there isnt enough space. My dad even argued with Dr. Pae about what his drugs were doing to me. After my release their drugs made my life even worse. Put me in many dangerous situations. One went on my record. In which Dr. Pae ran and hid from the consequences. I found out years later I never had any disorders. What my parents were told during my teen years wasn’t even official (a long story). I learned about my patient rights and read my records. Both doctors suggested all of these ridiculous mental illnesses that were never mentioned to me or my parents. schizophrenia was among one of the illnesses they mentioned. Ignoring the long list of drugs attached and the withdrawals I went through during a three week period. I have been told I am lucky to be alive. Those specific drugs have killed many. Not to mention severely brain damaged many. I sent in my amendment form and letter, receiving big struggle with both. Both doctors actually threw out my amendment letter as if it never happened. The records office really couldn’t deny the obviousness of this. You would think lawyers would be all over this, but no. this is a hard field to sue. I tried. I turned out ok in the end and these con artists do have a lot of power on top of that, so there really was no case. Any lie can pretty much do, even if it’s a lousy one. That’s ok. By the time these sad cases pass away everyone will know they are leaving the earth as cowardly hacks. This sinking ship can’t be ignored forever. Just don’t make the mistake my family and I did and give them your trust.

You couldn't ask for a better physician. Dr. Phillips is a wonderful psychiatrist has a keen understanding of the human mind and knows a great deal about medicine in general - a rare thing given how highly specialized doctors have become as medicine grows and advances.
