Excellent surgeon. Listens to your concerns and shares his knowledge about what will and will not work. I went in requesting Voluma for my cheekbones in hopes to lift very early jowling. He let me know that Voluma wouldn't achieve the results I was hoping for. He reviewed my options which ranged in expense from $450 to $11,000. He basically pointed out to me that I was being hypercritical of my appearance and gently encouraged me to try the least expensive option to bide my time until a lifting procedure could make an appreciable difference. He explained that as it stood, I'd be underwhelmed with the result of the most expensive option. A lot of surgeons would've elected to take my money in fear that I'd go elsewhere.

Awesome office, staff and Dr. Dr Murphy recently repaired (what I considered) a botched eyelid surgery on my son that was initially performed by Dr. In Florida. Although we had a few hiccups with scheduling ( with the actual surgery center not Dr. Murphys office, the surgery went perfectly. The results are nothing short of amazing. Much better outcome than we expected and with practically no recovery time. Our expectations were somewhat lowered based on our previous experience but Dr. Murphy blew us away. We couldn't be happier.

I was recommended to see Dr. Murphy by a co-worker for upper eyelid surgery, but need to go elsewhere as the bill for a first office consult is a bit out of control. I simply can not put my health in the hands of someone who has questionable billing practices. I am sorry but that is a basic.

My daughter had a tumor removed from behind her eye. Dr. Murphy and his staff were great to her! She couldn't wait to go back to see them What could have been a terrible experience, was to her not a big deal at all. I would highly recommend - the surgery went great!

Dr. Murphy removed a large tumor from behind my ear and performed some cosmetic procedures as well. He is very patient and takes time to explain what will be done and why. He is an excellent doctor. His staff is top notch too!

Poor staff/billing. Their facility was out of network and caused my insurance to reduce payment. Manager very rude. In total, between my payments and my insurance the collected over $11,000.00 and are now back billing me for another $1000. Simply, terrible experience with Manager that talked over me. I recorded her call to me. What a disappointment. Dont know how to fight this now, just devastated.

Dr. Murphy extremely helpful with an existing injury to my eye. Result from ENT Dr.Have no Idea if he can repair damage, his starting efforts receive an A+.

Dr. Murphy did a fabulous job on my eye. He corrected a botched surgery by another doctor. I am planning on seeing him again for future surgeries.
