I was referred with what I thought was an impossible problem and left with hope. Happy.

Had upper 5 teeth removed during surgery and had excessive bleeding for 3 weeks after , sutures were loose the next day causing severe bleeding , could not chew food for weeks because of bleeding . Bottom teeth were chipped and ground down grooves that were not there before the surgery . Tooth margin around a molar was compromised as to maximize the sensitivity , now is very sensitive to hot and cold and strength is a concern . Future money grab ? I returned to get a consult on the issues he created and why ? His response was a mum when I asked him man to man why did you do this he would not answer and called in a assistant with a pen and pencil shortly thereafter said jokingly I guess I won’t be doing the implants and this consult is over . We all stood up and I was closest to the office door when I went to open it I anticipated the door to push or pull it did not move, Dr Lalh said let me help you not realizing it was a pocket sliding door facing the door he reached behind me to slide the door at the same time with his body pushing me into the door as the door slid as I walked though to the office I could hear Dr. Lalh and his assistant that was in the room were laughing !! In closing the staff in the front office were congenial but the above two were completely out of line professionally and why ???

A number of years ago I severely broke my jaw from unexpectedly fainting. I was fortunate to meet Dr. Lalh in emergency and have him perform my surgery. Due to the severity of my break, Dr. Lalh recommended I see a surgeon in Toronto to have joint prosthetics put in my jaw. Dr. Lalh was extremely compassionate, kind-hearted, and transparent while guiding me through my situation. He did everything possible to ensure the best outcome for me given my situation and I am very happy with how he advised me to proceed with my health. Dr. Lalh has continued to care for me while going through the process of having surgery in Toronto. He is very sympathetic and understanding and I feel privileged to have him as one of my medical professionals.

Now that my jaw surgery journey is almost over I cannot express how happy I am that Dr Lalh was my doctor for wisdom teeth removal and double jaw surgery. I had minor complications following surgery, we got his personal number and he responded so quickly every single time, prescribed extra medications, informed and assured us, and called to follow up to make sure I was comfortable and okay. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and never made me feel bad for having to bother him time and time again. All the staff at Renew were always super friendly as well, I never once had a bad experience. We can’t recommend him again, he’s a really solid doctor and kind person.

The staff is rude and unorganized. They cancel the appointment after making you wait a month. This doctor has no value for anyone’s time. They are very unprofessional and not worth your time. Stay away!

Overall experience with my daughters wisdom tooth removal/surgery was great! He even personally called few hours post op early evening to check how my daughter is doing. He is very soft spoken, knowledgeable at what he does and i have no bad encounters with him or with his staffs. We had been seeing him for few years already since he is also following my daughter’s future jaw surgery. I have no idea were the other bad reviews are coming from, but my experience with them have all been great!

Have declined going to see this dr. Due to the pushy, rude, and unorganized staff!!! The staff were trying to push surgeries before my son had even had his braces put on!! Then when it was determined that he needed to have surgery, they were reluctant because they said we had canceled appointments.... appointments they booked that were not necessary at the time.!! If the staff is bad, then the clinic is bad!!!
