This was a very bad experience! The staff were very rude , especially the main receptionist . Dr . Hayes may be qualified in diagnosing and treating skin cancer , however from what I experienced that is where his knowledge ends !! He looked at my skin for less than 20 seconds , did no scrapings , cultures or biopsy , so basically ( no due diligence) . He swabbed inside of my nose at least , however I knew this would definitely not reveal anything significant since it’s only for bacteria . He had several pictures and my history ( extensive infections) and my explanations to aid him . He basically told me to bath in dove soap and stop scratching ?!? Which I told him that most lesions were painful and I wasn’t scratching . He was disbelieving of me and condescending .
I recently insisted that my GP order a culture and sensitivity test for mycology ( believe me very difficult to get ) , It came back positive for Aspergillosis ( a pathogen for humans that causes disease ( less invasive for immunocompetent individuals , but nonetheless a problem that DOES NOT go away without treatment ( and that is most definitely not antibiotics) . I am off to see an infection specialist. Doctor Hayes will have to explain himself at some point . If you have anything besides cancer , then I would seriously consider another dermatologist .

Dr. Hayes seemed like a good doctor, although he failed to diagnose my issue. The receptionist however is extremely rude and unprofessional. She should not be in a job where she has to deal with the public. She snaps at you for asking a very simple question. This is not just based on one interaction, but a few times that I had to speak with her. Dr. Hayes should really consider replacing her with someone who will provide a little more of a pleasant experience for patients.

Both office visits and surgery were excellent - even the MOHS surgery was almost pleasant! All details were taken care of and the recovery was quick, just as he said it would be.

Worst experience with any medical professional in my life. I waited 2 hours for a 20 minutes appointment and was treated awfully. Never choose Dr. Hayes, you will regret it.

came in for a skin problem. Was prescribed a cream and when I called back weeks later because the cream hadn’t fixed my problem the receptionist told me that there isn’t anything else they can do for me and hung up. Leaves me pretty helpless. Thanks for all your hard work you really gave it all of 8% of your efforts. Do better for your patients they depend of medical professionals like yourself. Stop taking the easy pay check and do what’s right.
