I am so pleased to have Dr. Goebel as my doctor. She did not rush a recent appointment and discussed options thoroughly with me. She is very reassuring and kind. I just feel like I am in such capable hands with her and when I ask her questions, they are worth answering or discussing.

Dr. Goebel rushed through my appointment and appeared to be very frazzled. When asked about a follow up CT scan I was to have she said she would look into it and contact me. I never heard from her. When I call the office for an appointment I am always told that they are not booking ahead and that I am to call in the morning to see if an emergency spot is available. The hours in practice are horrible and the front staff are very short and often rude. I'm looking for another doctor who I can count on.

I enjoy Dr Goebel as a person. Her staff are absolutely disgusting. The lady at the front desk is so rude and unprofessional. When I called her out for being rude and “laughing” at my issues, she told the doctor who then yelled at me. After 30 years same doctors office, I’m looking elsewhere now. The receptionist should not be working in this field - no manners and no compassion.

Doctor on call for my Dr why i had to habe an emerg visit due to first time migraine. Unprofessional, unknowledgeable stating she did not know what to do, no social skills, and no empathy for her patients. When pharmacist suggested another drug, she stated she was not my Dr. No kidding, your the on call Dr. Never to return. Never recommend. Many great Dr's in Ancaster, but she is not one of them, and a disgrace to the medical profession.

Dr Goebel has been our family doctor for at least 25 years. I am extremely happy with her and she gives me her full attention and professional advice. She listens to my concerns whether they are family issues or my health she never rushes me and takes the appropriate action. She doesn't hesitate to send me for blood work, ultrasounds or specialists. She was very concerned I was not vaccinated due to all my fears with my medical issues. When I got a PCR test at the hospital her office called immediately the next morning to book a phone consultation the same day. I am very pleased with Dr Goebel. Thank you Dr. Goebel you are great doctor!

Dr. Goebel has been caring for my family for over ten years, including three pregnancies of shared care with my OB and three babies/children. My children and I feel completely comfortable in her care; she eases their nerves and mine and I would feel comfortable talking to her about any of my or our family needs. My kids are not scared of the Dr. because that Dr. is her. She is always consistent, caring, personal and very kind.

I have been a patient of Dr. Goebel’s for about 20 years. Pretty much my whole family sees her and I have never had an issue. She isn’t quick to dismiss me with any issues I may have, and she will almost always send me to a specialist when she feels the need to. If I am really ill I am usually seen same day which I appreciate! I don’t have to wait long in the waiting room and the receptionists are pleasant. I wish they could accept new patients because I would recommend her to all of my family and friends!
