Great doctor, very knowledgeable, responsive to needs, good with meds. Office staff moderate, could be more friendly, and more helpful. Wait time is average, but Dr. Hutchens always spends adequate time with me, and it varies depending on my needs, so if she is late I know someone else needed some extra help, and it doesn't bother me. Great availability for crisis and med issues, even after hours through emergency pager/email. There is a small charge for email responses but very reasonable, reassuring to know a competent doctor is available if I were to have a problem with meds. She also communicates as needed with my therapist to coordinate my care, which makes my care more seamless.
