In my experience Dr. Gidon is completely inconsistent. Sometimes she is polite and caring at, others dismissive and rude. There are other competent dermatologists that are consistently professional and communicative. I would not recommend Dr. Gidon.

I was referred to Dr. Gidon for rosacea and to check a lesion on my upper lip. Thankfully I was reassured that sun damage -- not skin cancer -- is the real issue. Dr. Gidon offered to write a prescription for 15% azelaic acid to replace the OTC 10% version I have been using the past few months. Dr. Gidon is a great listener and gave me very detailed and helpful advice throughout my appointment. Lucy, at the front desk, is a gem! I would not hesitate to return to this office in the future.

Dr. Gidon is a wonderful, kind caring doctor - she is highly skilled and has a keen eye for detail. Never keeps me waiting, I'm taking in as soon as I arrive, her clinic is spotlessly clean and she has the latest and greatest equipment and skincare products to keep your skin sparkling. Highly recommend her to anyone - you will love her!

I have had both good and bad experiences with Dr. Gidon. My first visit was in regards to a venous lake on my bottom lip which she decided to cauterize. This treatment unfortunately left a small forever scar on my lip. When the venous lake reemerged, I decided to try a laser treatment elsewhere and the vein amazingly disappeared. The other issue I have with this business is the random and variable costs of some of the treatments. The professionalism of the staff, however, is top-notch.

Dr Gidon is hands down, the best dermatologist in the city. Not until I became a patient of Dr Gidon, did I really begin to see changes in my skin complexion. I would highly recommend her and would only trust her to care for me.
