dr rola eid is a great doctor. but phone is never answered and important documents are never filled on time. they take forever to do anything.

Great staff and acknowledges you as a patient with a smile. Fantastic medical history and strong memory recall so you don't have to go over past history. Both doctors on staff are fantastic and really go above and beyond to help the patients.

My wife and I have had Dr. Eid as our family doctor since January, 2015. She has been the best Doctor we have had in our 20 years. We have found her to be passionate, well informed and dedicated to her patients. She listens to our health issues and does not rush us through the process. Dr. Eid has always put our well being as a top priority.

Dr. Eid is a busy woman, but you don't feel anything but her full attention and focus the minute she walks in the examination room. She listens to our concerns and allows us to say our opinions before jumping in, unlike some other doctors. I appreciate the time she takes to explain, in understandable terms, what actions she plans to take toward solving my problem. She is kind and understanding in her approach.

Dr. Eid is an amazing doctor and such a lovely woman as well. Both my mother and I have been her patients for many years. I wish all doctors were as personable, caring, knowledgable and kind as Dr. Eid. She is by far the best doctor I have ever had and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a new doctor.

Rude receptionist. Nice duty Nurse however. Dr. Eid pays no attention to wait times and her beside manner is non existant. She stares at her computer and won't even make eye contact. You'll wait 1-2 hours past your appointment time. This Dr. Is all about maximizing the $$ she sucks from the system.
