Dr. Allen listens to all the issues before making her diagnosis. She is a no non-sense doctor and makes sure her patients understand what to do and how to do it. She answers all questions carefully, but will not simply dispense medications because the patient wants them - she does what needs to be done and what is medically recommended. If the patient wants antibiotics, but they are not necessary in the case, she won't prescribe them and will explain exactly WHY she won't. It's the explanations that really make her a great doctor.

She doesn't listen when you tell her your feelings about what's wrong with you. Her assistant nurse Jen is very rude. To allow a nurse like that to represent you shows unprofessional behaviors from the ground up.

Dr. Allen is the doctor I've been looking for ever since my dad (a GP) retired. She is thorough, compassionate, but quite strict with my health.
