Just moved to Scottsdale AZ and had a wellness visit for my new Medical Insurance. The Dr. cancelled my follow-up appt. due to an emergency and said he would call back the following week to resched. He never did, emails kicked back and the phone goes to his cell, left messages,no reply. the fax belongs to a diff company said they have had that no. for 7 years. So I went by the office and a letter from the landlord was posted with Legal jargan Lein on Prop and Bankruptcy yada yada.. doors locked looking vacant. Internet says he owes $ for child support maybe he is in Jail. Strange, guess he is on the run again.

This doctor has again abandoned his practice, this time in Pismo Beach, CA. He is now supposedly going to be practicing in Scottsdale AZ. He left wihout notifying hs patients, packed up a U-haul and went on his merry way. He told his employees that they were downsizing but downsizing doesn't mean getting rid of everyone and even the doctor leaves.

Dr. Fred Goldblatt abandoned his patients at Pearl Harbor Naval Clinic without notice and fled out of the state of Hawaii to evade child support. He owes over $23,000.00 in child support, which shall increase to over $27,000.00 on 7-1-2011. He also chides other healthcare practitioners and healthcare service personnel into deals wherein he does not hold up his end of the bargain. He is very manipulative and likes you as long as he does not owe you money. He is a thief and a liar. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
