My husband supposedly sees Dr. Leslie Cottrell at Franklin Primary Health Care in Frankin, GA. I say supposedly because in all the years he has gone to the Franklin Primary Health Care Center, he has never seen Dr. Cottrell. He has always been seen by a physician's assistance. He continued to go here because he did not have health insurance, He now has insurance and he will be seeing a doctor!
