I am not at all happy with the attention that I have received from Dr. Mammen and her staff. I had to wait over two weeks for lab results, and only got them after I went to her office personally to find out why I had not received a call/letter. I requested a refill on my prescriptions while at my annual checkup, but when I went to refill them the pharmacy did not have them. The pharmacy contacted Dr. Mammen's office to authorize the refills and here we are, ten days later and no authorization. I have called the office myself and still no call to me or to the pharmacy. I am not returning to her office for care.
