She is very good Dr, I like Dr Bates very much she is very helpful

Yes, her practice is busy but once she is with you I feel she gives you her all. I like her approach, her knowledge is very good and she is willing to do additional research on your issue. She is willing to suggest or support alternative treatments and has a very common sense approach. I continue to see her after trying several other GPs.

I was less than impressed with her service as a doctor. She kept me waiting for more than one hour once I had been taken to the room, diagnosed my ear/sinus infection, gave me an rx, left the room and on my form was my official diagnosis: obesity. Not once did she talk to me about my weight. Good call, Dr.

Dr. Bates is a very busy doctor. It was extremely difficult to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. I found her staff to be very unfriendly.

Dr. Bates is a very concerned phsyician. I have been going to her for years. I love her. She is thorough and does what is necessary to ensure that you are healthy and will continue to be.

The worst doc I've ever had...and that's saying something. I noticed that my heart murmur had changed. As my previous cardiologist had instructed, I called to set an appointment w. Dr. Bates to discuss it. Office staff refused to set appt. and sent me to ER. Of course that didn't help, so I set a follow up appt with Dr. Bates who actually laughed at me when she entered the room. I was experiencing tachycardia and arrhythmia but was treated like a silly child. Oh, and the nurses are rude! I don't have enough space to expound upon that, but you'll find out soon enough if you are a patient of Dr. Bates.
