I went into the clinic for a follow up appointment with Dr. Seaton. I arrived early for my appt., spoke to the rudest receptionist I have ever met. She told me my appt. would be at least an hour or more. I waited, I was worried about my results. After another hour passes, the rude lady tells me it will be at least another hour. Needless to say, it was the worst experience with a specialist that I never actually had. I was told rudely that Dr. Seaton does not DO telephone appts.
I left.
If you go to see Dr. Seaton, expect to be there for a few hours and be treated as you are annoying the staff with your presence.

Dr Seaton was a breath of fresh air. He took the time to answer all of my questions in great detail and asked me multiple times if I had any questions at any point. He explained the process to which he decided on a diagnosis, and what that diagnosis meant for me. Took my concerns seriously and made me feel heard. Thanks Dr Seaton!

Dr Seaton has been my GI for 7 years now. I had a colonoscopy last week and it went well. As always he is kind and caring , also has a great sense of humour. A wonderful doctor

Waiting 1-1/2 for a follow up appointment, secretary is absolutely the rudest person I’ve met ! Waited 3 hours to have colonoscopy.. has nothing to offer , I can’t believe the Canadian government even allows this guy to practice!

When Covid hit the area he shut down the clinic and never seen for a year or so then drops the name the Seaton Clinic maybe because all the people he screwed when closing left everyone to rot just cared about him-self and now opened another clinic with a different name.Stay away if you need good health care he is very arrogant and has no respect for his patients terrible man period!

He was condescending, rude, and he will 100% flashlight you as a women, he called me dear while he ignored me, He did his consult via dictaphoning a note to my doctor while reviewing my notes for 10 mins in front of me while I sat there awkwardly waiting, I called him on his unprofessionalism which made hime irate, he followed me out of his office calling me a "lunatic" if you want treatment find someone else, anyone else really!

This was my second visit to this clinic and I couldn’t be more impressed. Very organized. Always on-time. Friendly and professional.
Dr Seaton was wonderful. Very professional and efficient.

Gastroscopy procedure and follow up were my worst experience ever. His clinic was a dirty dungeon; I felt like I was receiving treatment in a 3rd wolrd country. He is unhumane, arrogant and dismissive. I have yet to recover from my gastroscopy (which was 4 months ago), He ignored a finding which is the source of my pain and daily suffering; did not diagnose my condition, even when the gastro pictures clearly showed it. And to think that I waited for this "Specialist" for 6 months. Unprofessional and unpleasant, and self-serving. He is in a wrong profession as it does not appear he likes helping people. Ask for another Dr if you see his name. I don't wish for anyone to experience the interaction I had with this doctor. I will never go back, even if he was the last doctor available.
