We have had Dr Hickman for primary care for over 10 years. He always listens. Once he is in the room with you he takes times as if you were the only patient he ha
d that day.

Increased wait times. Established patient now waiting a month for appts. Feel doctor pays more attention to computer then my problems. Drug list he gave me had discontinued meds. Didn't call in prescription Ina timely matter.front desk staff rude. Very disappointed . Looking for new doctor.

We am very satisfied with Dr. Hickman. He is knowledgeable and has compassion for his patients. We have never been rushed on our med visits. If we had questions he stayed to answer those questions. We are very satisfied with Dr. Hickman. We have waited some but not for long. As I said, he takes his time with his patients and we appreciate that.
