I think Dr. Osborns office is one of the best in the area. If you don't like him or his staff you had better reevaluate yourself. I have had a variety of medical problems and the Doctor has consistently referred me to the best Medical Specialists in town. Our family stated with Dr. Osborn when he worked with Baptist primary care and when he left to open his own office we quickly followed. We have been seeing Dr Osborn for nearly 6 years

I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes, even when I am squeezed in with no appointment. I am remembered at my next appointment 3 months later. I like the way the office takes care of forms I needed for work and pre surgery . First they are FAST and efficient. They don't charge you for this service. I love the friendliness of the staff. I always get a call about my labs within 2-5 business days. Thank you for being an old fashioned take care of your patient office.

I really wanted to like this practice however I found the staff inefficient and unprofessional. Prior to making an appointment I came across literally hundreds of 'excellent' reviews & interesting - most also mentioned the excellent & friendly staff. Really? This was not the case with me. Dr. Osborn was very personable but in my opinion not sure if any better than the rest. Also, no one enjoys having to beg for their test results 10 days after the fact & when they should have been flagged! This doctor might be good or maybe not - his staff was very inefficient.

Going to Dr. Osborn always fells like visiting a friend. You may have to wait a little for him but he gives you as much time as you need, answers any questions you have, never not once have i felt rushed out the door or my questions brushed off. He is respectful and dose not have that typical Doctor attitude i have encountered so many times before - "Where did you get your medical degree from" I have insurance but pay in cash because its a great value, a visit is $78.00 cash. No copay's, insurance paper work for him or me, and no deductible. If i went though insurance it would be a $25.00 copay, and $175 deductible - for a total of $200.00

they were both curtious and thorough. the staff were sensative to the situation,and accomadated my circumstance! the doctor was thorough and comforting!
