I am not surprised to read poor reviews of Dr. Suriano. I went with a family member to an appointment with her. It was the first appointment of the day, yet she was 30 minutes late. She was rushed with us - literally had one foot out the door as I was trying to ask questions. She was condescending and yet not knowledgable about current research. She has not been thorough at all in managing my family member's care. Missed basic things. Not a good doctor at all.

almost every time I have been to see Dr. Suriano, she has been prompt, very friendly, in most cases, very helpful. She can't take unhurried time with everyone and still be prompt.

After reading the other reviews, I'm not surprised to see that I'm not the only person to feel like Dr Suriano just does NOT listen to any complaints and I'm made to feel like I am exaggerating. I once complained of chest pain that had been going on for a month....her response, "thats wierd" and she quickly changed the subject. She is very rush rush and wants you out. I have never in my life felt like this doctor is only interested in the money she makes and not the patients she's supposed to help. I hate her.

As other folks have said, she doesn't listen, just wants to get out of the room as soon as possible. I complained for years about stomach trouble, and she never referred me to a specialist. I had to refer myself, and after being scoped, found out I had 2 bleeding ulcers. Shame on her! I could have bled out into my stomach and died. She just doesn't dig deep enough, and won't refer out if it's out of her realm. Bad doctor, go see someone else! The staff doesn't call you back on results either, and when the nurse calls in prescriptions, it can take up to 3 times to get it right. In the meantime, if it's a mail-order prescription, you have to pay for the wrong ones that are their fault. They don't even call back in a timely manner on tests you're waiting to hear about.

I have seen this doctor 3 times during the last couple weeks as I have been feeling terribly sick. Never have I seen a doctor so often. She never listened to me. She barely even checked my symptoms of complaints. She told me to go to the ER for a spinal tap and did not even want to do blood tests. Thank god I went to the ER who took my blood tests first and found out what the cause was which explained all of my symptoms without having a tap. She was very rude to me and made me feel like I was complaining about nothing. She didn't even give me advise on what to do. She literally said what do you expect to gain from this visit?! Umm how about a little help or further exploration since I'm still not OK! Don't waste your time, money or health!

I paid $110 dollars for a five minute visit. She really never took the time to speak with or even put in any real effort of identifying the cause of my health situation. STAY AWAY! I had a much better experience at the 24 Hour Clinic up the street and much more affordable. PS THE RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY RUDE!

Every time I have gone to see Dr.Suriano she is very nice but I always feel she is in a hurry to get out of the room and leaves me with no diagnosis or answers to my concerns. She is nice, and intelligent, but NOT HELPFUL!

This doctor uses to charge $80 for full physical and pap, but now is owned by KMC and a real ripe off! Bad receptionist..very curt and rude. Staff that can't handled cash customers..you will pay in full yet be hounded for more from KMC! and The doctor herself is not thorough! Very bad..go someplace where the doctor will care about you!
