Medicare
The problem is not the doctor but is with the front office. Refused to bill Medicare but when I explained that my secondary insurance will ONLY accept a claim with an EOB from Medicare, paid or not, they didn't care. They finally billed Medicare but they made errors that caused Medicare to return the bill. Then they denied that the claim was returned.
