The woman at the front desk is so incompetent and rude. If she wasn't the woman working at the front desk it wouldn't be a bad experience

I never got to see the doctor, only the Physician's Assistant. They prescribed all sorts of tests that I had already done with another medical group and wouldn't refill my prescription until I got them all done. I was just very confused by their lack of communication and I constantly felt like they were withholding something I needed. Even really bad news was delivered in impersonal form letters. I frequently felt like crying after dealing with their office staff. I would never write bad things about people if I wasn't afraid this would happen to someone else.
